(ADDENDUM TO RENTAL AGREEMENT)

THIS AGREEMENT is hereby attached to and made a part of the Rental Agreement dated ________________, 20______,
by and between

the Owner/Agent,
and
___________________________________________________________________________________________________,
the Resident,
for the premises located at

WHEREAS, the Owner/Agent shall provide water and sewerage service for the premises and shall be reimbursed for the same by the Resident; reimbursement shall be conducted as follows:

1. Billing for water and sewerage service from the utility company shall remain in the Owner/Agent’s name.
2. The Resident shall submit with their rental payment an additional $___________ (______________________________Dollars) each month which shall be applied toward the quarterly water and sewerage bill.
3. Upon receipt of the bill from the utility company, the Owner/Agent shall pay same and submit a copy of the bill to the Resident. If the actual charges are greater than the amount previously paid by the Resident to the Owner/Agent, then the Resident shall pay the difference to the Owner/Agent within _______ days of receiving the copy of the utility bill. If the actual charges are less than the amount previously paid by the Resident to the Owner/Agent, then the Owner/Agent shall pay the difference to the Resident within ______ days of receiving the bill from the utility company.
4. At the commencement and at the termination of the Rental Agreement, the Resident and Owner/Agent shall jointly read the water meter to pro-rate the Resident’s water and sewerage charges.
